Invitation to the assembly of Kurdish Mother Tongue and Supplementary School in Islington‏

Dear All,
 
I would like to invite you to the assembly of Kurdish Mother Tongue and Supplementary School in Islington (KSSI).  This event is our school's first end of year celebration assembly. Our pupils will perform on the stage.

The event is free of charge and there will be food and drinks provided.

PS: The Kurdish Mother Tongue and Supplementary School in Islington is open to pupils from school age of 5/16 years. KSSI is run by London Kurdish Institute, funded by Cambridge Education @ Islington. 
 
KSSI aims to raise educational attainment levels amongst British children with Kurdish ethnic background.  We teach Mathematics, Kurdish (Kurmanji) and Traditional Kurdish Dance Classes, Kurdish Music (free of charge).  Mother Tongue is taught in the way in which children can enjoy it. Children learn Kurdish through stories, drawing, painting, carton films, drama, talking and playing.
The school informs also parents and their children on British education system of primary, secondary and higher education.
